This account is signed in, but only the admin may approve or return work.
A worker's version is PENDING until you decide: APPROVE makes it the published words (the old version stays in the history); RETURN sends it back with your reason. Look at the lines first in the Sync Studio.
Every night the server checks every music file and picture it serves (there, right size, same fingerprint, still plays) and repairs what it can by itself — from the NAS copy, or made again from its sister file. What it cannot repair comes to you by e-mail.
Songs whose processing failed, files that failed, queue jobs that failed, sync runs with failures. First line of the error only — never a path.
