This account is signed in, but only the admin manages the creators.
How a listener becomes an artist, how big a file may be, and how much music each artist may keep. Saved here, it is live at once on the website, the apps and every upload door.
The person gets an e-mail with a link. They sign in (or make an account) with THAT e-mail, choose their artist name, and the Studio opens at once. The link works once.
People who asked to become an artist. APPROVE makes them an artist (artist page, Studio, uploads) and tells them by e-mail. DECLINE needs a reason — they read it and may ask again.
No request is waiting.

Every account that may upload. "Own allowance" overrides the plan for one artist (empty = the plan's number). REMOVE ACCESS stops new uploads — the songs and the artist page stay.
