The player, the words and the story

The player bar

While a song is chosen, a bar stays at the bottom of every page: the picture, the name, previous · play/pause · next. Tap the bar to open the full player.

• The thin gold line shows how far the song has gone. Touch it or drag it to move in the song — the song jumps when you lift your finger.
• Next / previous always work: a song started on its own (from History, a notice or a search) plays inside the whole library at its own place.

The full player

• Shuffle and Repeat one sit beside the play button.
• The heart likes the song; the number is everyone's likes.
• ⋯ (more) at the top right — the same menu on phone and tablet: Start a station, Add to a playlist, Save offline, Repost, Share, Report, This song is mine (copyright).

The words

Songs with timed words show them line by line: the line being sung is gold and the page follows the song. Scroll yourself and it waits 5 seconds before following again. Tap a line to jump to that place in the song.

The story and the credits

On the words screen (phone) or the player (tablet), the book button shows, in place of the words: the story (what the song is about), the words in every language it has, and the credits (who wrote, composed, sang; and how AI was used). The words button brings the timed words back.

The list button shows the songs that come next (it follows Shuffle). Tap one to play it.

With the screen off

The music keeps playing with the phone locked and in other apps; the lock screen, headphones and the car control it.
