The daily work board — your side, Claude's side, linked with Nizam
What it is. One page for the music work still to do (Farooq Music, FA-002 only — Nizam keeps every project, this page only the music). Your items and Claude's items stand apart, so you see at once what waits for you and what waits for Claude. You press Done on your items; Claude marks his own items done in Nizam. Either of you can add a pending work or an error. The page and Nizam copy each other by themselves.
Opening it
- Open farooqmusic.com/farooqmusic2.0-plan/ (English) or farooqmusic.com/farooqmusic2.0-plan/ur (Urdu). The two buttons English | اردو at the top switch between them.
- The page is only for you. Without a sign-in it shows one button: Sign in. It opens the website's own sign-in (e-mail, Google or Apple — the same account as the admin site) and brings you back to the board.
- Anyone else who is signed in sees This page is only for the owner — the board itself never reaches them.
- Day | Night at the top changes the look, as on the admin pages.
The two sides
- Farooq's side — the work only you can do (tests, decisions, store forms, keys). Each card has a big Done button.
- Claude's side — the work Claude does. These cards say Claude marks this done; when Claude has finished, the card shows the check and the time.
- Each card shows its number (B-012), what it is, its kind — Task, Error (red) or Question (amber) — the Nizam task it belongs to (for example FM2-L19), and Waits for B-003 when another card must be done first. Details opens the longer text when there is one.
- The strip above the two sides counts: open on your side · open on Claude's side · errors open · done today.
- Later (closed until you open it) holds the work you decided to do later. Done — the last 14 days lists what was finished, newest first, by whom and when.
Pressing Done
- Press Done on one of your cards. The page asks once: Mark B-001 as done? — press Yes, done.
- The card shows Done by Farooq with the time, and on its way to Nizam. Within 5 minutes the NAS link writes it into Nizam (the board file and one line in the LOG).
- Pressed by mistake? Undo stays on the card for the rest of that day (Doha time). After that day the Done stays.
Adding a pending work or an error
- Press + Add.
- Write what it is (up to 500 letters, in English or Urdu), choose whose side — Mine or Claude's — and the kind — Work, Error or Question — and press Add to the board.
- The new card appears at once at the end of that side with a temporary number (P-…) and new — not in Nizam yet. When the NAS link has carried it into Nizam it gets its real number (B-…).
- What you write stays in the language you wrote it in; the other language's page shows it with a small label (written in Urdu) until Claude adds the translation in Nizam.
- Never write a password or a key on the board — the page refuses anything that looks like one.
The Nizam link (the NAS)
- A small program on your NAS (the EX4) runs every 5 minutes. It asks the server for your new presses, writes them into Nizam (the board file
BOARD.jsonand a LOG line each), and sends the board back to the server together with the plan summary and the last LOG lines. When Claude changes the board in Nizam, the next run brings it to the page. - It talks to the server only over your private network (Tailscale). From the internet its doors do not exist.
- The Allow step (once). After the link is installed on the NAS, the top of the board says Nizam link: waiting for your Allow and shows the NAS's name and private address. Press Allow — only for your own NAS. Refuse keeps it out.
- The chip at the top always tells you how it is: synced 3 min ago · waiting for your Allow · not linked yet · last sync failed with the reason under it (for example when the NAS has had no contact for more than 15 minutes, or the board file in Nizam has a mistake — the last good board then stays on the page).
Whole plan and Log
- Whole plan shows the music plan as Nizam has it: how many tasks, how many in each state, and every open task with its number, what it is, its state, who it belongs to and its date.
- Log shows the last 40 lines of the Nizam LOG, exactly as they were written.
- Both come with the NAS link's last run.
