The status page — is everything working?

What it is. One page that answers "is it me, or is Farooq Music having trouble?": farooqmusic.com/en/status (also in Urdu and Arabic).

What it shows

• One line on top — everything works, some trouble, or something is not working.
• Four parts — Website · Listening · Uploads · Sign-in — each Working, Trouble or Not working. The server checks itself every 5 minutes, so this changes by itself.
• Now — what the team writes about a problem while it lasts. The same words show as a thin line at the top of every page; press it to open the status page.
• The last 30 days — earlier problems, with when they began and ended.

When something does not work for you

Look at the status page first. If it says everything works, the problem may be on your side (the internet, the browser) — try again, or tell us with the 💬 suggestions box on every page.
