The Farooq Music app — getting around

The app is the same Farooq Music as the website: the same songs, the same account, the same playlists, likes and comments. What you do in the app shows on the website at once, and the other way round.

The places of the app

• Home — the big picture at the top changes by itself; tap it to play. Below it: the newest songs, the most played, albums, and Play all · Shuffle · Repeat.
• Library — your liked songs, your downloads (for listening without internet), Feed, Stations, Saved, and your playlists.
• Search — find a song, an artist, an album or a line of the words. With nothing typed it shows the charts, the stations, the languages and the genres.
• Me — your picture, your page, notices and messages, History, Settings, Membership, Help & Support.
• On a tablet or iPad the places are on a rail on the left, with History as its own place, and the player bar along the bottom.

Language

The round globe button (top right) switches the whole app between English and اردو. Numbers always stay 1, 2, 3.

Without an account — and with one

Anyone can listen, read the words and share. To like a song, make playlists, download for offline, comment, follow artists, see your Feed or repost, sign in (Me → the round picture): with Apple (iPhone/iPad), Google, or e-mail and password.

The same account on 10 devices

One account can be signed in on up to 10 phones, tablets and browsers. The same phone is always counted once. See My devices.
